ASRA COSMETICS POLICIES

REFUND POLICY:

There are no refunds or exchanges.

SHIPPING:

We ship out packages within 3-5 business days. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods or holidays when Royal Mail may experience delays.
Please note that processing time (3-5 business days) is separate from Royal Mail’s delivery time, which usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, we’ll send you another email with your tracking details (if applicable). Please check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for these updates.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

Please make sure you provide us with the correct address — we ship orders fairly quickly! If you’ve entered the wrong address by mistake, email us at contact@asracosmetics.com as soon as possible.

📬 PACKAGE SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT NOTHING ARRIVED (IMPORTANT INFO)

Sometimes Royal Mail scans a package as “delivered” before it actually gets to you. Your order should usually arrive within a few days after this. If not, please check with your local delivery office or neighbours, as items are sometimes held or misdelivered. If it’s been weeks and you still haven’t received anything, you’ll need to file a claim directly with Royal Mail.
Asra Cosmetics does not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as “delivered.” This is an updated policy.

📦BROKEN PRODUCTS:

We always take extra care to package everything safely, but Royal Mail can sometimes handle parcels roughly. If your item arrives damaged, send a clear photo of the product to contact@asracosmetics.com, and we’ll replace it for you.

📦 I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS AND MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED (WHAT TO DO NEXT)

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address was provided and the package doesn’t reach you, you’ll need to place a new order.
Asra Cosmetics does not resend orders due to incorrect addresses.
